Summer!!! We’re so ready for some fun in the S U N. My kids are really close in age and still all under 7, so my summer bag still requires thoughtful packing. I like to go ahead and start buying summer toys and necessities at the start of spring just to space it out. I make a list of everything I need, which this year includes a new pool bag, and start getting everything ready for our first water day. Previously, all my kiddos needed bulky lifejackets plus everything else, so I packed a H U G E pool bag. This year I get to downsize, a little bit anyway, so I’m including some trendy pool tote options in my list. I’m going to share all my favorite summer bag must haves and hope it helps you get prepared for some f u n in the s u n too. And as always, I’ll share my best bargain finds!
These Bogg Bags are so trendy right now. I like the concept of being able to wash them out easily and that it comes in a variety of sizes. The price point is a little higher, but the reviews say the bag holds up really well.
Simply Southern is another option that I love! I have seen this brand go on sale for a great deal throughout the year. The Simply Southern version makes a great Bogg dupe. It still comes in all the adorable colors and sizes and the prices point is under $50 when they have a sale.
My kids tan very easily, thanks to their dad, but I always make sure to have these packed in our summer bag. I only use non-toxic, fragrance-free, mineral sunscreen with the cleanest ingredients. These are my favorite sunscreen brands.

Lilly Pulitzer Water Resistant Pouch I love these! They are water resistant & have a small wristlet strap to easily grab and go. I keep my keys, money, and pool key all in this cute pouch.
Columbia PFG Thermal BackPack Cooler I couldn't have pool or beach days without a backpack cooler. For big trips we have a huge cooler, but I still bring the smaller one too. I pack the kids fresh fruit and tons of cold water.
