Hey Friends! I’m so excited to finally get to share this blog post with you. My kids have had these Yoto players for a while now, but I wanted to see if they lived up to the hype. THEY DO! My oldest two have the bigger Yoto player and my youngest has the smaller Yoto Mini. I’ll give you all the details on the differences and our favorite features. This player is the bigger of the two. It has a pixel display that can be set to different characters for different content cards. This player features a nightlight, room thermometer, bluetooth enabled and so much more! My kids love to listen with their headphones or on the speaker for dance parties. This one is not as travel friendly but offers a few more features than the mini.

This mini is the perfect size to travel with and for toddlers. The Yoto plays stories and music an optional online podcast and radio. Parents control everything by their Yoto app. The two buttons make it easy for little kids to change the song or volume for easy use. The mini size is perfect for little hands!

Now what makes these players so great? The content cards! You buy the content cards and it loads to your player. The Yoto card library is filled with classics and popular children’s content. But it gets even better! They also sell Make-Your-Own cards. This allows you to record any content you want for your kids to listen to.

This is BY FAR our favorite Yoto feature. Another feature we love is the countdown timer. We use this for brushing their teeth and picking up their room. Parents are in complete control of all the content their kids can access. By using the app on their phone, parents can set alarms and even turn off the player.
